Visitor data 

World Energy International LLC does not collect web analytics data about its users at the present time. No information about the users activity (e.g., click throughs, pages viewed, duration on pages, etc.) is recorded or stored as it does not pertain to our current business activity and related requirements. In the event World Energy International LLC determines that visitor-related analytics should be implemented, users will be notified and this section within the Privacy Policy will be modified. Additionally, users will be notified of the platforms and uses for such data. 

Form submission data

Form submissions are currently applicable only to petroleum inquiries and commercial insurance inquiries. These forms require the user to provide email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses of their place of business, company registration numbers, and reasons for their inquiry. The information is then sent to a corporate email where the information is cataloged and stored on a database and removed from the email server. The information is then used as a reference for the original inquiry. 

At no time does World Energy International share the information obtained through form submissions to any third party not expressly authorized by the person or company submitting the request.   

Information used for conducting due diligence

Information provided through form submissions and subsequent follow-up emails is also used for conducting due diligence investigations. All names, places, company registration numbers, and points of contact are used to assist in the analyses conducted for determining a company's viability. For example, if a person submits a request and claims to be associated with Company XYZ, World Energy International LLC may contact that company to verify the person who is making such a claim. Additionally, World Energy International LLC may use such information within state registration databases to verify the claims of the person submitting a request with our company. 

In the event additional information is obtained about a company or the individuals representing the company, that new information will be added to the secure database for which the requester's original form submission was stored

At no time will World Energy International LLC share additional information with any other party not related to that investigation (see our due diligence policy). No sensitive information such as contact information will be shared with any third party without the express written or digital consent of the person/company for which the due diligence investigation is focusing on.
